HOW WE STARTED

Zen10 was first founded in 2012 when a group of students at North Sydney Girls High School created the idea of a campaign to help students like themselves learn to overcome stress, especially during exam periods.  They presented the idea to a family friend of one of the student who was an senior web designer at USP networks. She helped them to create this very website in the same year and helped found Zen10 in 2013. The campaign would eventually be developed into a campaign that promoted better mental health by raising awareness on how to cope with stress for all age groups.
